Some songs will not unlock. I get a "Your email address is incorrect" message

Recently I've noticed that some of my whiteLabel tracks will not unlock. I placed my correct email address and password in and although it unlocks the majority of the tracks it doesn't unlock all of them and it gives me an error message that says "Your email address is incorrect". I followed the advise of the WhiteLabel threads deleting and then adding the tracks again but no change. I also deleted the database files in the Serato folders on my computer and the ext. HD the music is on, and no change. I've had to Analyze over 25,000 songs multiple times to no avail, so could you please advise me as to what I can try next?

Which tracks are you unable to unlock?

Most likely the tracks were locked by mistake and have been re-encoded. In that case, remove the locked files from your library, delete the files, download them again and add them back into your library.

how can i find out what the locked song is so i can delete it
