About three weeks ago I posted up an interview with A-Trak and a write up on his new mix, Infinity+1. We ran a competition at the same time for people who downloaded the 8 minute promo mix. I was supposed to pick the winners a week after, but I was a doonghi and might have forgotten. So I called on our trusty "Winner Picking Computer" who pulled 25 random names out.

can you translate 'doonghi' for us non-kiwis? i mean, given the context i get the idea but this is a new one for me. anyways, glad you went all doonghi on us because your man, the koala/rabbit, pulled my name out of his hat. i'm so hyped i'm about to put on some a-trak and bust out with the Haka. *sticks tongue out in best Maori game face*
Doonghi:
1) A description for any person when they act as an idiot/fool/or moron or display characteristics of all three acts. Originated in schoolyard in the mid-90s.
2) An informal greeting between close friends.
Examples:
1) Jeepers, that Kevin is such a doonghi!
2) Hey Dave, you doonghi! How's it going?
Actually this was the FIRST time that I won something, and it was a competition that I almost forgot after i took part.
So maybe just don´t expect anything, and you´re in!
