DJ Agetetsu started DJing from high school days
and he first played at J-WAVE “Soul Train” party
in the spring of 2,000.
He’s been enthusiastically spinning in the clubs
around Machida, Fussa, Shibuya,
Roppongi and Nishi-Azabu area.
In 2003, DJ Agetetsu could successfully perform in the “Mecca of soul music”, Philadelphia.
He released his original mix tape called,
“Machida’s Finest” and DJ Agetetsu also takes part
as a live DJ for the Japanese R&B unit,
“YA-KYIM” (www.ya-kyim.com) for the last
couple of years. DJ Agetetsu is featured in both of 1st and 2nd album of YA-KYIM, “Keep YA Style” and “Can YA Feel?”

DJ Agetetsu is now spinning for one of J-WAVE’s hot programs, “Reality Bites” as a radio DJ and he is also active
in various radio programs outside of Tokyo area.
He also participates in the TV program called “Catch The Dream” on Sky Perfect TV (Ch.282,275) with the famous MCs, “Ryu” and “ia”.
