Ok guys this is not really a help request, this is more an apology to the maker's of itch and the ns7 group, all these years i've been complaining about problems i'm having with my ns7 itch, requesting help on top of help and whining like a little b.tch about whats not working from what should be done, so one day i was chillin @my pad and i had neighbor of mine who's also a dj came over and was listening to me whining about itch and all the problem that it has and glitches that need to be fix and i keep going on and on i know he's like he was prolly better off staying at home listening to his wife whining about something that she thinks his right, anyways he finally looked at me and said you ever think that this problem or problems of yours might be user error and i looked at him and though about slapping the sh.t out of him but then i rememer no i can't do that or else we would have get down not thinking about the fact that he's also crip! crip! and favourite colour is red, well that being said after he left he got me thinking i never actually read the itch or ns7 manual, i mean who does anymore right some things don't even come with manual so anyway i decided to go ahead and give it a read starting with the itch manual and wouldn't you know the mofo was right even though reframe from telling him so, but i found out all this time my library had all kind of broken and corrupt files in my library, i'm not talking about a couple hundred it was more like a couple thousand yes can you believe it? i sure can't and i was the user error, so after i did a full scan of all my billions of songs i deleted all the bad one's and go figure all my problem went away and did i mention all of my problem yes all the problem that i was having with my ns7 itch my system is running flawless right now, so after talking to another dj friend of mine i told him this and he said have you apologise to the itch and numark guys yet and my answer was of course no, so now here i go, i am truly sorry for being such a brainless d.ck and pain in the a.s customer and i really appreciate all the help you guys have gave me over the years and not saying that there's not people out there with real problems and that my problem solving method will work for everyone, what i'm saying is my problem wasn't itch or numark's fault but my own so to all whiner out there make sure you check out your end of the problem before you take it to the good people of serato/itch/numark, read your manual and from now on i will read mine, i know here i am whining but instead this whining is for the good thank you guys and keep up the good work even though it's hard dealing with stupid a.s like myself so thank you and thank you.
